So for the millionth time I am trying to lose weight. This time I am using The Lord's Table - a biblical approach to weight management. Here's what I had today: 2 USANA Shakes (1 scoop chocolate & 1 scoop of cappuccino) 153 cals. 2 mac n beef entrees - 150 each 1 carrot 1 QT 1/2 package of puffs (70 cals or so)
I had a headache this morning - carb withdrawl I'm sure since I have been eating pretty much everything I want in the past month or so.
