WOW thank you soo much everybody. It took a lot of courage to post the last picture. Strange how I have lost all this and want to hide it. I am trying. Yes there 'is hanging skin as a few have asked. But I have never worked out in over a year. But 16 more pounds and the toning starts. All I have done is an old walkin workout in the house....but not often. I am unable to do workouts (physical) issues. If anyone wants to know I will be glad to sure my food and what I have used just message me. I don't count calories and I don't weigh my food.
