Lol, well, after ranting about the boyfriend on here, he came over last night.... with two pints of Ben and Jerry's.... I didn't eat it, he got mad, we fought, he left. Call it a hunch, but I don't see this relationship lasting, and I can't say I'm bummed about it. I need supportive people in my life, not sabotaging ones.
Anyways... had a great workout this morning! Involved lots of sprints and box jumps, which were a first for me. Intimidating but fun! Excited for barbell club this evening as well.
Also, finally booked a beach house for a week-long vacation in April with my friends! We are going to Florida to just relax and maybe go scuba diving or something. We got a really nice house right on the beach. We always talk about doing a spring vacation, but have never actually gotten around to it. Really looking forward to this! Plus, this means I need to go swimsuit shopping, which is exciting for once...

Two pints of Ben and Jerry's...yup, perhaps he is insecure about your beauty - meaning if you lose weight and get strong he is intimidated and believes he is not good enough to be with you! Silly man. I am sorry though. But, do not let anyone try to extinguish your light. Let it shine brightly and a strong person who can admire and support you will show up.

It was a test in regards to you and your relationship. If he can't get what you are trying to do and support that then he should be gone. Ben and Jerry's...*sighs* I had a bf like that and he was super unhealthy.....Diabetes, Heart Problems, High Blood Pressure. Once he ordered a super sized LOADED pizza at 11 pm at night. That night I made up my mind to dump him. If he didn't give a damn about his health then I didn't either. He had the nerve to get mad because I didn't want to eat any. Enjoy yourself in FL.

Weight loss is more than exercise and diet. There's a 3rd component and often missed mental component. It's best to let them know before they walk that there are boundaries that are best not crossed. good luck.
