Beginning of a New Year and this year is it. My health has been slowly deteriorating and I am not getting any younger. Time to move!!! Woke up this morning with new attitude. Although I started the New Year getting over a flu, and still not at 100%, I am going to begin my new program, otherwise, I will just keep putting off again. JUST DO IT!!!
Goal: Get fit and feel good so that I can start the new year off next year at Times Square New York.
