goooooood tuesday mornin..just didnt want to get outta bed this morning...temps down to 15 this morning...so stayed in bed alittle longer then usual...my body just hasnt adjusted to the colder temps yet..but then again...one days its cold the next its in the 40s or warmer...weighed in this morning...as usual...just a small loss...but still a loss...im headed back to where i was before all them sugar temptations...and it feels greatttttttt...knowing that im on track an refocused once again...pants are getting looser...finding it so hard to stick with exercise this time of year...cause of the weather...yes i have dvds...an just not my thing...guess il try an get on the floor an do some ab crunches this morning..it would be exercise even though its not my usual thing...something different for this ole body...make it question whats going on...today is store day for me...so gotta make a list an stick with it...which really isnt that hard to do anymore...i kno that what im eating seems to be workin for me...so anything else stays at the store...less temptations that way...if only i could get mom to think like that when i go to walmart an do her list...ooooooo well...need to get up an make the bed...take the dishes to the kitchen and get on the floor an get this day started once again...have a great one...

CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!! 5.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES... 6. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS... 7. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD 8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!. 9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING THE EXERCISE MY HAND AND MOUTH ARE GETTING !!!
