Slept well,up at 10:30 am. Left for Y at 11:15. Did 90 minutes and 240 calories. Stopped at ups and got copies made the to Walmart and Bilo and home. Med's taken with water. Spoke to Angie early this am. Will talk to Eloise this pm.
