goooooood mornin everyone...well...another mornin...lol...didnt stop at mc dees yesterday, instead stopped at a ryans, an all you can eat buffett...one bad place for another...i ate healthy until it came time for desert...lets just say i ate dessert like i hadnt had any in a month...an no i dint clean my plate either...took more then i should of an had leftovers...but when i left i didnt feel bloated either...ate several pieces of fish that wasnt greasy, had one piece of chicken that was greasy with the skin on it...2 rolls, 2 glasses of water..and macronni and cheese one helpin...then for the plate of desert...bannana pudding, bananna with graman cracker crumbs mixed in...after that not sure..i think it was orel cookies crushed up in whipped cream, and a piece of lemon cake with icing, cant stand lemon cake, but the cherry toppin an the icing looked good...lol...o well..i didnt eat supper last night cause i was still full 5 hours later...so its make up day today...lots of water to flush out my mistakes from yesterday...just got off the scales, weight is up, but i expected it to be...nothin to get all down about...just a matter of drinkin more water an movin around more today to work it bck outta my system once again...well...it tasted good yesterday going in...an now im bck home in my surrounding with healthy food again...have a greatttttttt day everyone...

I kind of did that out of control eating on Christmas Eve, though in years past much worse at various parties - all at relatives' houses... You'll be OK in a day or two... So don't feel bad about it loosin' we all have those days sometimes best forgotten... :) Have a great day, our freezing spell has let up, yesterday morning it felt OK as it was in the 30s and this morning at 4 a.m. after work I walked the dog and it seems mild since my thermometer at 6 a.m. says 37*! - I hope it warms up today! :)

one thing i have learned from changing the way i look at food...just cause you have one meal thats not like your normal healthier eating habits..thats all it is..one meal...its all about keepin in that right frame of mind an knowing that its just one meal...and that the next meal will be better...

Today is a new day! I can so relate to being out of control. The main thing is being able to stop and move on with healthy eating and not continue the slide back to old ways of eating whatever. You enjoyed it and no you are moving on. I'm sure you will be back on track today. Have a fabulous day!
