Hello and Happy Friday FS!
I fell over the edge a bit yesterday as I was in meetings all day and joined in a birthday celebration with cake. I had a small piece (and enjoyed it...). Didn't have time for my lunch walk either. The good news is...the scale was kind.
My brother arrives tomorrow for a visit. I can't wait! I always enjoy his visits.
We have a lot of good things happening in our office to assist some in the Haiti disaster. So tragic.
