Slept 8 hours, I feel great! I have class today so I end the day at 9pm. Concerned about family and work related stuff. But not letting it stress eat. Took my pills.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
