Well, I avoided most of the high cal, high carb stuff at the holiday buffet at work today. What am I supposed to say to my mother-in-law comes over with homemade scalloped potatoes with ham? They were very tasty, indeed! I only ate a little bit, and I am still below RDI. In any event, I think a long bike ride is in order for tomorrow, since I'm off work.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 December 2016:

Did you have a big piece of ham with two scalloped potatoes? LOL! Well, the carb was mixed with a protein in this case.

That is exactly what I had, but the potatoes were bigger than my head. :-)
