Hey buddies.....I'm trying to do the best I can. Haven't gotten on the scale....probably should. Think I will tomorrow.....come on Linny, stop being a wimp! Wimpy, wimpy, wimpy..... Anyone remember that one???
I did get some exercise. I put up the Christmas tree...I think that should count. My spine cried after I finished. A few days later I went to outpatient and dr worked on my facet nerves trying to block the signals to my brain with radio frequency....so far it seems to be working. Not too sure about this radio frequency stuff....I could swear I'm picking up truckers' conversations from the nearby parkway! :D
Tried twice to upload a pic of the tree....it's not happening. Try again later as I am sure you are all sitting at the edge of your chairs waiting to see it.

Hi Linny! Glad to here you are getting in the Christmas spirit. I put up house decorations, and it about killed me. Got to see that tree too!
