Water weight can throw your confidence off. I was losing steadily and had a couple high salt days. POOF the weight went up. Trouble is I have always been one to crave salty savory things rather than sweet. Trying to get back to peeing up a storm !

YOu know what helps? Nettle tea. It is a gentle diuretic and also is anti-inflammatory. I like salty things, and this helps keep the water moving.
