So I was sitting at the 'puter logging my exercise and NBC is on the background. There is this show on that was kind of like a Martha Stewart show except the star was an oriental male. Anyway, he prepared a chocolate mousse with avocado, which sounded good. Since I was a bit hungry and hadn't had my daily avocado fix, off I went to the kitchen. He used almond milk and it must have been sweetened. I used regular 1% milk and the result was God-awful. I doctored it up with stevia and half a frozen banana and a smidgen of vanilla. It was absolutely delicious! Not exactly low carb with the banana in it. However, the per serving carbs aren't sooooooo bad. I added it to my cookbook if anyone wants to give it a try.
