goooooooooood wednesday mornin...brrrr...32 with a wind chill of 24....no walky this morning...woke up proud of myslf this morning for getting back to healthier meals yesterday an stuck with it...all the bad food is outta the house...so easy to get outta the habit of eating right once the weight starts coming off...guess its the thinking that im doing great an eating this or that wont matter that much and the next thing you know...the weight is starting to climb again..not that much...but it doesnt take long for 1 pound to go to 2 and then...before you know it...its starting to get outta hand...so im back on track and eating like i did when i first started here...eating water an drinking it...going back to basics...the salad i fixed ahead actually tastes good with all the stuff i added in....made enough to last till either today or tomow an then i will have to remake it...everything is added so that all i have to do is take it outta fridge outta the big bowl i have it in...mix it up...put it in a smaller bowl and mmmmmmmm...good...even did my morning walk yesterday morning once the little bit of white stuff we had melted off...suppose to be back up in the 40s once again today...today is wally world...so will get some steps in there as well...not sure what else is in my plans for today yet...to early to figure it out yet..but do have several errands i need to do...well...enjoy the day..get the exercise..an get back in the healthy lifestyle change...its worth it...

2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
8. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING THE EXERCISE MY HAND AND MOUTH ARE GETTING !!!
9. BEING HONEST WITH MYSELF IS VERY IMPORTANT

thanks bren...waking up this morning ...i did feel differently..but just now after reading your entry about not feeling so blah....makes me realize that changing my food choices is the right thing to do...still waiting on daylight...or is it...im waiting on summer...lol....brrr...guess its im tryin to think warm an sunny...

Only 85 or so days until Spring...YAY...I love that time of year..only need a light weight jacket and you know summer is near..Later buddy...:O)
