gooooooooood tuesday mornin...waking up to freezin rain...soooooooo...no mornin walk...lest till it starts meltin...suppose to be in the 40s later this afternoon....so might be after lunch before i get out an do my errands...had planned on doing errands this morning...but safer to wait till its easier to get around...feel so much better having adjusted my weight chart to what it should of been...was tired of tryin to get it in line with it being so far off...i kept thinkin i could get it to adjust but with all the sugarery stuff....forget it...well all of that stuff is longgggggg gone...the holidays are over with for another year...and its back to getting back on track an stickin with it...something thats been hard for me to do ...my hand an mouth have been in cohoots and just eating whatever one picked up an shoved in my mouth...my brain just set back an kept sayin...mmmmmmmmm goood....need to meditate ...get back into the habit of doing that...seems to keep me more focused an on track...so easy to get outta a great habit and fall back into old unhealthy habits...even though i have been on this journey for over 4 years...so easy to still get outta a healthy habit an fall back into old habits...but one the bright side...i see my messups faster...well...need to make the bed...an make breakfast...and wish i had gone to the store yesterday like the thought crossed my mind...lol...have a greattttttt one...

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!.
8. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING THE EXERCISE MY HAND AND MOUTH ARE GETTING !!!

Morning Loosin...yep gotta get back on the wagon of healthy eating for sure...I am well on my way..got my pedometer on and have already made the fudge and chocolate cookies..not one bite or crumb has past the lips...LOL..I am sooo proud..if I can get past the 29th I will be home free...Have a great day and stay dry...we are to have rain and high winds of 50 mph today...yuck...:O)

thanks bren...decided to sit down an make out my grocery list and get back on the low carbs...like i once was...change of eating habits to get back on track once again..time for a change...have a great day...and go luck on not eating any of that chocolate...lol...

finally got my butt dressed an went for a morning walk...once i went out to find that it was just a wet snow, then i layered up an did my morning 2.5 mile walk...just back from the store, picked all good stuff to do my salads ahead, to get back in the good ole healthy habit...of eating right...again...
