Worked hard for that weight-loss, Cross-fit rowing in the morning, Gym Shoulders at lunch and Gym Back Evening all with 10g carbs. Feeling good my abs are a bit sore. Will keep on the healthy tip but will try not to overdo things. However I only have 15 more days in Aussie then off on Holiday so what the heck will go for it.
