Become Your Own Inspiration

Want to know the best way to ensure that you stay on track? Challenge yourself to become someone else's role model. If you know someone is looking to you to set a good example, you'll be more inclined to follow your meal plan and do your exercises. So encourage your friends and family to join in your quest for fitness and health, and strive to do your best to encourage them. By encouraging others, you'll encourage yourself even more!


read that in a newsletter i got this morning ....

gooooooooooood mornin everyone...wow...heat wave already..24 outside already this mornin if you dont count the wind chill of 12...grab the short sleeves an shorts...lol...well mabye not...still layer it up for a few days yet...already been on the scales this mornin an still maintaining nicely...guess thats a good thing since i havent really been workin out all that much...todays plan is to get an inside walk this morning, and if its decent enough this afternoon then the plan right now is to get an afternoon walk in...get bck into the walkin routine with the temps warmin up...as long as the wind chills are below 20 then i usually just dont walk...i have in past years, but this year i just cant seem to get into that habit...have several errands to do today..an all the snow is cleared from the roadways...still some in the yard, but you can almost see the grass peakin thru in some places...so its slowly disappearing...greattttttt....felt so good yesterday to feel the sun shinnin thru the windows...an feel the heat from it...well need to get up an eat breakfast want to do a 10 min workout before i head out to do a morning walk...im thinkin since im maintaining, then a few more steps today an rest of the week, then i might show a loss later on...but who knows...so hard to work it off thru the winter and not being able to stay in a walking routine...an i just cant get into going to the gym when i kno i can do a walkin routine an stay fit...well...have a greatttttttttttt one....

calorie count was alittle higher yesterday as i just couldnt seem to get enough salt, but along with the salt, i drank 20-30 more ounces of water tryin to chase it outta my system...just meant more potty runs last night..but least its not showin this morning...so guess a cheat everyonce in a while can be done...long as you take the measures to delete the mistakes...

back from an inside 49 min walk..was hard to stay focused an get the walk in...i hate walkin inside, but this time of year i have to force myslf to go an walk inside to get the exercise...an no it never gets any easier..lol..
