Ayer fui a la nutricionista y me indico que baje 4.5lbs grasa desde 11/16. habia bajado 2.5lbs total. El % grasa esta en 20.8, el mas bajo. El BMI esta 25.7. Con fitness instructor baje pulgadas en 1.5" en cintura y 0.75" en cadera desde el 10/12. reduje 6lbs con la fitness instructor e dos meses. excelentes resultados.
170.5 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
