I usually fast till lunch time and have always had a coffee with cream at breakfast, but my weight loss seems to have stalled, bouncing around the same figures for the last few weeks so I am trying black coffee in the morning to see if that makes a difference. Was really cold yesterday, my lips were a bit blue and I just couldn't warm up. No other symptoms. Weird.

hey Bud, your Kcal intake is a bit light, if your going to fast make sure you feel satiated buy having a good dinner.
