Sodium is one that most don't really consider. I DO.

Remember, your sodium level can be to low as much as it can be to high! If you drink a lot of tea and coffee, continually go to the toilet, your salts are flushed out! Low salt levels contribute to low immune system which causes illness! Sodium works both ways!

Great job! Are you the member who lives with his identical twin? If so, is he envious of your weight loss or doing it with you?

Yes I am the member who lives with my Identical twin, my twin has less weight than me but I am catching up slowly, I am not envious because I know why he has less weight than me! Initially he was putting in a lot of hard physical exercise!

My twin brother and I do not take any medication, but we do take vitamins as follows: Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Tumeric, CoQ10, Probotics, B12 and DGL licqorice. I do stress however, before taking these vitamins check with your doctor if you are taking any medication! My twin brother and I have put a lot of hard work and effort into researching the quantities based on but not entirely on our blood tests from our yearly medical checkups! Hint: Always have at least yearly medical checkups!

Hi Crookedriver Can I ask please, did your doctor say it was a good idea to take the supplements ? I am fascinated by vitamins etc, wondering if they do in fact make a difference, also.... there's always an also 😳, could you explain what each supplement is for please ? 😊

Hi Linclass, I cannot recall telling my Doctor about all those Vitamins I am taking, I took the Vitamin D on the advice of my Doctor because I was getting sick all the time, my Doctor said my immune system was low. I take the Vitamins because of the Individual benefits of each, research has taught me not to take multivitamins because they can conflict with each other! I have been taking these vitamins for a long time now, I have no side effects apart form the initial phase where my body is getting used to them. In regards to your query about what each vitamin does for you I suggest you google each one individually to find that out, I would be here for days because each one has so many good benefits! I again reiterate that if you are on any medication you make sure your Doctor approves, otherwise just research and try one at a time. All the best.
