Weighed in this morning first thing. I'm down by a kilo. In total I have lost 4kgs. I have somehow maintained this weight for the past 6 years. It feels so good! to add to my happiness and determination is the fact that I'm off to live and work in China in the next 5 weeks. So I have to push as much as I can and I know it will be easier that side to stay on track.
Here's to new adventures!!!
