Checking my behavior these last days, it seems every day had been a cheat day. My caloric intake has been steadily increasing and I'm no longer trying to keep my caloric intake to a minimum three days in a row. I'm on holidays until November 1st. so I'll be able to hit the gym twice a day and extended my cardio time. That's the first part of the plan, the second is retake the caloric restriction days that worked so well to lose my first 12 lbs. Let's see how I fare this week.
