Low carb is definetly the key but needs to be done right so you do not feel hungry. If you ever feel hungry whilst dieting my belief is you have to re-evaluate quickly because hunger is the beginning of the end for a diet. Also focus on foods that love your liver, you will be surprised.

Hi Angelica, I have been LCHF for 5 and a half months now. There is a really good facebook group LHCF - Low Carb High Fat. This is a closed group but easy to join. It has a okl chart that has your height etc and then gives you the macros to work within. I have lost 9.4 kg in that time. Slow, but steady. I really have not exercised so it has just been what I eat. As Eightpac said, you are not hungry on this eating plan, but you have to be prepared to give up carbs, sugar etc. You stay under 20 net carbs a day. Most of these come from vegetables. You eat protein and feel amazingly full. You can just skip meals (fasting) with out even meaning to. I started off with www.dietdoctor.com, you sign up for free and they give you a menu, recipes etc for the first two weeks, this is a really good start. I love eating this way and will continue to eat this way. It's amazing. So worth doing. Good Luck with it.
