goooooood mornin everyone...wakin up to a nice sunny...well suns not out yet...10 above...heat wave today 27 this afternoon...but weather man says some of that white stuff is headed this way..right now they arent sure how much...but between 1-5...hopefully we will be just a dusting...lol..an all of you will get the rest...yeah yeah i kno...im not nice...Christmas is over for several months, i can be naughty...lol...with all the movin around yesterday i didnt do a jullian dvd yesterday like i had planned, was just to tired when i did sit down, figured i got enough movement yesterday that i burned off any calories that i took in...todays plan is to get to the walkin place before 12..to get an inside walk in...since i have all the errands done before the expected snow fall...less to do today so less runnin time...more time to get workouts in...still motivated to get back into my routine of healthier eating and exercising one way or another to work off the calories...an if we do get any amount of snow, will be a good workout tomow shoveling it...have to wait an see what falls...i started takin fish oil yesterday ...wasnt sure if i was gettin enough outta my tuna..so decided to add more ...i read it helped to break down the fat in your body or somethin like that...thought for 6 dollars...got a 2 pack of pills..it would be worth a try..thats a 2 month supply...always tryin somethin...started takin echinacea in dec thinkin it would help keep me from bein as sick as some...so far seems to be helpin...since i hate to be sick an in bed, im will to try almost anything..not good at layin around bein sick...i think about all the stuff i have to do an need to be doing...lol...well need to get off here...an get this day started with breakfast and then a dvd workout of some kind...have a greatttttt day everyone an keep movin...

Brrr, stay warm! Cold here too with record lows. Keep me posted on the fish oil. I read an article a couple of months ago about olive oil doing the same thing by taking a tablespoon a day first thing in the morning. I actually tried it for a few mornings... Can't say I noticed much happening but didn't give it much of a chance as I didn't see immediate results. LOL No patience. Hope you make it to your indoor walk place. Naughty or nice, the weight must come off! LOL Have a fabulous day!

Some times hard to be patient when you want to see results, but if your in it for the long haul like so many other things, you gotta give it time...just like workin off the weight..not an overnite total loss...unlike eating an puttin it on overnite...

Let us know how the fish oil works for you, twin. My hubby takes it and says it's great. Being vegetarian, I can't try it but I hope it works for you!
