Rebound day, so far zero calories, but that's going to change later. Chicken quarters seared in butter, transferred to a 325° oven for an hour. I'll have at least one, maybe half another, that should keep me well under 1000/kcals for the day. Oh, life is so hard. lol

Those look yummy. I made cabbage soup yesterday and as usual the batch got bigger than I intended, so leftovers today. Actually better the 2nd day!
