Getting ready for the next weight-loss. My planning is done I know what to do, now I only have to prepare myself mentally which is the hard part since I am sleeping way too late. Think my brain is trying to opt out by finding things for me to do at weird hours so I cannot concentrate at the task at hand which is the next 12 weeks. Will be in full swing by Wednesday come rain come snow.
