gooooooood monday mornin...waking up to 35 with a wind chill of 28...still raining and suppose to for most of the day again...possibly changing over to ...well who knows right now for sure...lol...but wont be much..colder temps this week again...sooooo...no morning walk cause of the rain...so gonna get on ole bike to no where...only got 1x40 min ride yesterday...it always sounds like an easy to get 2x40 min workout at this time of the day..but seems like gettin back on for the next ride just doesnt seem to happen...have errands to do this morning..not sure about this afternoon yet..still to early to kno yet...well..need to make the bed..layer up alittle an go out an get my ride to no where over with...sooooo..have a great one...keep up an movin..it pays off eventually...today is weigh in day...keep thinkin the scales will show a loss, but im seeing it in the belt instead...but any loss is a loss...sooner or later..the scales will show the loss as well...
