Hello and Happy Sunday FS!
Another busy day! Hoping to get the tree up. I decorated the house the weekend after Thanksgiving but we didn't have time to put up the tree.
The scale isn't budging...
I was looking at a cute t-shirt for my sister yesterday. It was an extra large which is the size I use to wear or a 1X and the clerk said, honey, you don't wear an extra large... Sure felt great! Because just a couple of months ago ... I did! (I ended up not buying it because I know my sister is trying to lose weight too.)
Must get busy!

Give 'snarly' to your sister and buy some happy scales...lol! We've been out walking Ozzy in the evenings and seeing all the lights and trees going up...a tad early in our household...Ozzy's waggly tail and Lenny's (the house rabbit) nibbling nose, it's just a nightmare! Hugs back at'cha hun...I've upped my exercise to see what that'll do...keep smiling XXXX

I love the Christmas season. Don't worry about the scale, you keep at it and he'll be running downhill. =)

Thanks Di and M! I don't know if my sister would put up with Snarly! ;-) What fun walking Ozzy and cke king out the lights! Our dog, Casper, gets a bit nervous when we start moving furniture but our cockatiel, Aussie Boy, loves the activity! How fun having a rabbit too! good luck with the extra exercise ... I know you will get to your goal! I love Christmas too M. I'm going to keep at it! Hope you both had a fabulous day!

you could always buy a smaller size..motivation for your sister to keep at it to fit into it...bet you had a smile on your face all day...thanks to the store clerk...
