Thrilled to see another loss on the scales today. 92.2 so I have lost 2.7kgs after 2 days of effort. My 1st goal is to be under 90kgs by the end of the month. I have 2.2 kgs to go and 25 days in which to do it. I would love to be under 85 by Christmas!

So awesome! I love looking at your diet diary. I like that your protein looks good. I haven't really done the high fat diet myself. Some say you might need a fibre supplement like psyllium for constipation. Psyllium has almost no net carbs. Oh, and drink lots of water, too.

Thank you! I didn't realise anyone reads what I actually eat during the day.. I haven't had any issues with constipation but I know that its a real possibility, so metamucil will be on hand if it starts to happen. High fat keeps me full - I don't crave anything. I eat earlier so around 11pm I start to get peckish, so I might have a couple of glasses of water or a green tea, anything to get me through. Glad you like my diet diary. I will keep it up then :)
