goooooood sunday morning...54 outside this morning...did 9349 in steps yesterday...5551 yesterday morning for my morning walk, then the rest helpin brian put on a tin roof for a customer hes got...i kno i was really tired last night when i finally got home an set down for the last time...its rainin right now, so guess me an my ole bike to nowhere will have to get reaquainted...id rather go walking...cept my knee is puffy from being on it so much yesterday...well really for the last 2 days...but i enjoy helpin brain and its a few extra dollars...for me its not the money..but getting out an enjoying the day...learning new things..and being the gopher that gets to stay on the ground, instead of on a roof or climbin a ladder...just cant seem to do ladders anymore..legs feel rubbery when i try an climb a ladder...guess i dont have the muscles in my legs for that...like i once did...i find that even though i walk alot and use my legs like i do..sometimes my legs just dont do things they did when i was younger...brian is 12 years younger then me and about 100 pounds slimmer then me ...and not really fat or anything...but i feel like if he had to walk some of the distances i do, i think he would be callin for a ride...hahahaah...hes not a walker...even though im sure he could be...hes kinda windy at times and tells me how he rides a 10 speed 2 or 3 miles..i just nod...hahaha....ok ok....well...guess i need to make the bed...find breakfast...an get dressed so i can get a ride to nowhere over with for the day...gonna try an do 2x30 min on bike...to get over 12000 in steps today...will just have to push myslf to get that ...since all i want to do now..is watch tv...an wish it was over with...hahahah...have a great day...

LOL about the bike ride to no where...I have a treadmill and thats about the same..I like learning new things too...I learned how to remodel rooms..which I learned how to use the table saw and a nail gun..Also learned how anal my husband is..LOL...I was such a greenhorn and had to take stock out for band-aids and neosporin...broke all my nails..but at least now I can lay tile, a wood floor, and put in windows..among other things...very educational to say the least...have a great day buddy...☺

thanks bren...yeah all the stuff ive learned lately is something i probably wont use...but it makes for an interesting day...like i was tellin brian and dee his other helper that was on the roof...watchin the 2 of them growling at each other when something didnt go right was entertaining...it was always dees fault..even though dee is learning an doing the best he can..i kept tellin brian..dee is doing the best he can and experience does make a difference ...im sure brian learned the same way...but has forgotten that part of it......bout like watchin tv...cept you cant switch channels when you get bored...lol...

Awesome job on the steps! Watch out for that puffy knee though. The bike to no where may aggravate it too ... Not that I'm trying to talk you out of exercising! ;-) glad you enjoyed your day with Brian learning new things...on the ground! Smart man! I don't like heights myself. ;-) Have a fabulous day!

thanks jav...knees seem to be fine today..guess last nights 8 straight hours of sleep was enough to relax it...and give me that needed rest to...
