Started a 6 week Team weight loss challenge at work today. Started The Firm 4 week program at home. My Legs and butt are sore after the work out.I plan on walking tomorrow, since the Firm schedules a day off but the challenge requires exercise every day. Feeling good about how I have eaten today.
