Well had a huge slip ... ate a pint of ice cream and ten or so figs. I did not find the type of ice cream that I actually ate. It was wonderful ... chocolate and peanut butter. Quite often I eat something that is fattening and I am dissapointed with the taste and am filled with regret. I am lucky ... it was wonderful, ate it in bed and fell asleep before the eater remorse set in. I have figured how not to beat myself up for hours on end. Cheering thought.
