Well back to work today. Not hungry like before the low carb diet. Three glasses of wine put me over 1900 calories, but still less than usual. No work out today due to soreness from bike ride and running this weekend. Tomorrow for sure. I feel less fat and flabby after less than a week, but have to wait to get a valid weight when my metabolism (i.e. regularity) gets back in the swing. Today was the first day since Friday (4 days).

Yesterday I was tired all day. Dogs woke me up middle of the night and early in the morning. I assume tired from exercise too. I sacked out early last night and woke up around 11 pm. Took an ambien and back to sleep all night. I was so energized at work. It is amazing what good sleep can do for you. Hope tonight is as good a sleep.
