Now I don't know if I could put down painting the trim of my house as exercise but I was climbing a 14 ft ladder yesterday several times. So I worked up an appetite. I rewarded me with fast food. I have to learn to award myself with healthy choices.

House painting definitely qualifies as exercise! It helps to plan ahead for the 'rewards', though.
