Anyone reading this, thank you for the encouraging comments. I am trying to get the hang of this, not sure how the messaging thing works just yet.
I have been trying to stick to low carbohydrates each day, seems to work for me, it gets easier as time goes by.
I find keeping busy helps, lots of activity seems to be the key. I am lucky to live on a small property with lots of animals to look after so I can't say"I can't be bothered today" to them. LOL!
