if you can do it on your own, that is the best way. all you have to do is buy his books or his program is totally online. It is basically no meat, eggs, dairy, fats or oils, or nuts. Just make recipes for the week so they are always handy like fast food. he didn't serve any bread products those 9 days so that is helpful for wt loss, but the wt comes off slowly. i lost only 4 lbs in 9 days, which is a sensible wt loss. He offered fruit for dessert, but I hardly had any. the meals were very satisfying and you eat until you are full so i was never hungry. I wish i could do it 100% but I still do pretty good. My cholesterol rt now is 205 and I lost 13 lbs on my own so it is possible to continue on your own. He gives lots of recipes on his website. If you are 'rich', sure the program is great. i am not rich but my husband gave it to me in 2006 as a xmas present. It certainly showed me how it works! you just have to have the will to follow it! if everyone followed it disease would be greatly reduced in this country! the food industry, dairy, and meat industries don't want you to know they are killing us!
