DIET BET?
Has anyone used dietbet? A group I follow on FB has one starting September 5th. I am thinking this might be the "push" I need. Money is a pretty big incentive for me, lol! My understanding is if you lose 4% of your body weight you win at the least, the money you put in, $25.
Anyone with experience? Anyone want to do it with me?
