goooooooood mornin everyone...woke up early this morning..hate when i wake up 2 hours before its really time to get up...so here i am watching the weather channel to see if we are gonna get freezing rain an snow...shows it covering our area at the moment but havnt looked out the window to see...kept busy yesterday ..went to store, made second trip to pharmacy, washed the salt off the suv, an then went to brians an we got in his truck an went road trippin...searchin up an down country roads of old trucks...possible next fixer upers...4x4 4 runner we have been workin on is at a stand still as its just to cold to be in the mood to work on it right now...so some days its just nice to go ridin an lookin...and talkin about other avenues to persue...all the bouncin around in his truck made me stiff an sore this morning..but weight is showing another few tenths of a pound down...so will show that on my weight history...all my holiday mistakes are starting to show a loss finally...not sure whats in the plans for today...alot depends on what the weather does...suppose to really turn off cold by the weekend...im talkin single digit numbers..il be gettin in my closet for my winter coat instead of wearing 2 hoodies like i do now...just got use to wearing 2 hoodies inside each other is more comfortable to me then wearin a heavy winter coat...well...gonna get up an look outside...see what its doing if anything...so...have a greatttttttt day everyone...see you here again tomow...lol..

when i was at the store yesterday i picked up a can of vienna sausages, i love em right outta the can...cant stop eating till they are all gone...but after lookin at the salt intake...put the can back down an continued on thru the store only gettin what was on my list...

Good for you putting those little weiners back, twin! I do the same at the store - lots of label reading and putting things back. When I read that you were watching the weather channel, I turned to it on my tv and see we're getting snow and wintry mix tonight and tomorrow - 70% chance. No wonder we do so much better in the spring, summer and fall! Have a great day, and try not to slip into hibernation when the temps drop!

thanks everyone...i went to walmart while ago to get that over with for the week an finally decided to pick up a 10 minute solution...dance off fat fast...dvd...figured maybe i could get into moving if i could keep up with the movin ..lol..first workout an it didnt take long to let me kno that instead of using one workout each week an movin on...im guessin might take more then one week to get thru the workout..lol...but least its somethin to follow an gets me up an moving an thats what i was lacking..an if i cant do there moves i can do my own...
