awesome church service this morning, as always. Being able to go to church is such a blessing.We had chinese food for lunch. I was good and didn't go over board. we always just get one meal and share. we had pork and mixed vegetables. came with pork fried rice. Dale always gets the egg roll cause I just don't care for them. I had 2 cheese wontons. We still brought home left overs for later. Tonight after church, I will have some mixed fruit. we had on sale this week bogo. watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew. This will be my dinner. started a new probiotic friday. So far tummy feels good. been sort of constipated because of the LCHF eating, so trying to try something else for awhile. I always come back to low carb so when it stops working I change up and start something else. Well FS buddies have a bless day.
