goooooooood friday mornin...brrr...32 with a wind chill of 24....didnt get a morning walk in yesterday ..knew that raking the leaves would give me several steps...3693...just walking around the 2 yards raking the leaves away from houses an fences....took 3 hours...grass was so wet under the leaves that the lawnmower got clogged 2 or 3 times an had to stop an clean out the chute that fed the mulcher...ended up with 3 wagons of mulched leaves...worked out right..no sooner unloaded them at the curb then the city truck came by an sucked the three loads onto their truck to carry them away...so least they didnt have any time to blow back acrost the yards...went to bed tired again last night...seems like when i go to bed...i lay in one spot till the next day...does that mean im wore out...lol...plan is go do a morning walk this morning once the sun comes up...and then...who knows...still to early to be making plans for the rest of the day...enjoy your friday....

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY IS USE TO THE SAME WORKOUTS !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I HAVE TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING WHAT IM STICKIN IN MY MOUTH!!!
10. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!

had really planned on going for a walk...but wind blowing again..temps are in the 52s..wind chill is 45 ....just cant seem to talk my body into doing anything outside...so much for a walk...

Started again this morning. Changed the RDI to 1900 for 3 weeks. Then will drop to 1800, then will drop again. I am focusing on 1900 each day. It is doable - I've done it before. So I'm doing it again. I find sometimes I push too hard and try to jump right back to the level I was doing before life happened and I fell off the wagon, off the road, and down a steep incline so to speak. I started thinking about the miles and miles of fence line out west, where settlers fenced in these huge ranchs. How did they do it? Persistency and time....and they did it one post at a time. So, I've got yet another plan...this one is not crazy - and I will write it in pencil versus markers on my calendar. I overwhelm myself and that's not good. I am not setting myself up for failure, but success. I was angry with myself this morning....I mean, I got down to 206 back in just August and then lost my mind. I'm reaching that mini goal and will surpass that goal. Starting today.

Brr is right! Great timing on the leaf truck plus getting in your steps to boot! Great work out ... Sounds like a great sleep! Beats tossing and turning like I do. ;-) Maybe it will warm up for a walk tomorrow. Hope it was a great one!

thanks jav an bren...just stayed inside an tried to keep the food on track with no exercise....for me thats hard to do when im stuck inside cause of the weather....a postive attitude is a must when it comes to workin off the weight mightyfull...and its hard to keep that positive attitude 7 days a week/30 days a month an so on...you will have good days and then you will have bad days...its all about refocusing and getting back into that healthy lifestyle change you created for yourslf....
