(8:37am) Man I'm tired. Can't get to sleep so I've been falling asleep at like 4am, getting up at 7am to get the kid of to school, then napping with my hubbie in the afternoon (which is nice), but then I end up awake all night again. Doesn't help my body is getting used to sleeping without drinking. But, I am down a little over 3lbs this morning, so thats encouraging.

(6:49pm) I think the hardest part of dieting is cooking for or fixing food for my hubbie & son. It's like the eating utensil is already in my hand and the "bad food" is right there taunting me! Damn you evil carb loaded temtress! I will prevail!

super, I can understand that! I take Valerian root in the evening now and that seems to help me rest better.
