goooooood monday mornin...6544 in steps yesterday...knee is feelin puffy this morning...so might not do a morning walk today...have several errands to do this morning so might just use that as my short walk..wont be as many steps...but any exercise is better then none...wind has died down...had rain last night...was surprised when i woke up at 11pm...to see the outside window with all the rain running down it...rain has stopped for the time...70 outside right now and its not even 5am...front moving thru...weather man is callin for rain for next 3 days...hit an miss...the plan today is after a morning of running errands, then yard work this afternoon...get flowers cut and solar lights put up for the year...if it doesnt rain my yard work out that is...well...that time again..make the bed...eat breakfast...gt this day started out right....have a great one...



BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY IS USE TO THE SAME WORKOUTS !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I HAVE TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING WHAT IM STICKIN IN MY MOUTH!!!
10. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!

Take it easy on that knee! My brother is suffering from water on the knee. Pretty uncomfortable. Hope the rain didn't interfere with your errands. ;-) Hope it was a great day!
