Hello Kay! I am doing kilo's (living in Switzerland) and also need another 2 kilo's to get off. I started with almost 76 kilo's (June 1st.)and reached 71.05 a few weeks ago so that was great. Now however, it looks like my body says" stop!, you lost enough!" I stayed a while at this weight, then slowly it creeped up again and now it is 72.05.
I know that one day to the other weight can vary up to 1 kilo (mostly water I guess) but if it shows several days about the same weight then of course I have to start being careful again. My stomach is also bothering me and really has to go.
Maybe some exercises will help. So I started doing the calorie counting with FC again (I stopped for about 2 weeks, thinking that I now know how much to eat in a day. Clearly not!!). Lets keep on tracking!

Yes, I found ( and I think it's partially that I am older and partially that I need more core exercises) I need a few less pounds that I originally thought. But, I think it's good to stay at original goal until your body gets use to being at that weight. Sort of like the old "set point" theory.
I think writing down what toy eat is really good and exercise is a good answer, especially when you're at goal.
