Had a little fall from my eating habits last night and messed up my 1500.day cal challenge. I had a stress event yesterday and I can see now where I turn to food for comfort. I was still able to lose 1.6 lbs from yesterday but i killed some atkin's candy, that, by the way, sucked so bad. I think in stress I will hit the treadmill instead.

Exercise always is my "go to" for stress - works great!

I agree exercise is the way to go, easier said than done for me.

Exercise is always better, too bad it takes more time than eating something!! (LOL) Sounds like you know what to do, so just get back on the horse and do it!!!
