Pt sessions going good, I have to concentrate more on my food otherwise I will crash.

Trying to do this for the long haul and keep fit. I am not a fan of slow and steady wins the race but sometimes that is perhaps the better play. I will be tweaking my diet soon.

313.9 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 122.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
