Oh, my! Yesterday was just...well...horrible, with regards to my eating. The day was otherwise very great! Had a fun time hanging with my husband and going to the movies.
Got way too hungry by dinner time and ate everything that came near me. Thankfully, I went to sleep early so that I could stop eating. I hate when that happens. Didn't record eating a single thing yesterday. I'm just afraid that last night's overeating may have undone a week's worth of undereating. It really doesn't take much, does it?
I'm back on track today and will do better in these next three days and hopefully undo whatever damage I did on Sunday.
