I am such a carb junkie!! Didn't realize it until I started using this app. I will be watching my carb intake now along with the fat and cholesterol in the foods I've been eating. Looks like a plain salad it will be at supper. Thank goodness I love veggies and plain water. I've come a long way in 3 years. I was drinking at least 4 cans of pepsi a day with at least 2 vodkas and to much fried foods. Now most fried foods make me nauseous, pop makes my heart race and of course the vodka was not good for me either. Stress can make you do terrible things to your body.
