goooooooood mornin everyone...wakin up to 18 outside..wind chill around 14...havin a really hard time talkin my body into layering up to go for that morning walk...so right now not sure if that will happen today or not...i reset my goal weight yesterday thinkin if i seen that it was closer, then mabye i would try harder...ive been tryin for seems like 6 months just to hit it an it was only 10 pounds away...so thought mabye makin it 5 pounds might give me the incentive to try harder...im sure alot of it is cause of winter an not being able to get the exercise an movement i was gettin when it was warmer...something i might have to learn to live with this winter...i did go on itunes yesterday hopin to find some kind of a dance workout, but havent really found anything yet...might just be i havent typed in the right wording to find it...well...gonna get up an fix breakfast and then decide what to do about a morning walk..might layer up an just do a shorter walk this morning...just not for sure at the moment...have a greattttttt day everyone....

I like your new strategy, twin! I hope it works. I'm struggling, too. I'm sure when the weather gets nice again, we'll both be out there sweating up a storm. Meanwhile, we've GOT to keep the damage to a minimum! Hang in there and you have a great day, too!
