Happy Friday FS!
I lowered my goal so I will see if that provides me incentive or discouragement. I believe my goal is still high for my height but it has been years (many, many!) since I have even been close ... Or even out of the 160s! I am still focused to do this! I really have great passion in succeeding this time. It is very important to me and it is what I want to do for me! Yes, I have a fire lit to succeed!

My fire the first week seemed to smolder, but finally got it to fire up. Today on the scale I was down 2 lbs from yesterday! Hopefully if I keep weighing my food it will continue to come off. I think my mind is in the right place to make this work!

I have the fire in me too! If we all stick together, we'll all have the fire burning bright. If some one needs a light, I have a match, lol! :-)
