Very bad day yesterday. Binging ++. On top of same on Thursday, I suspect I have undone my small weight loss again and then some. Feeling disappointed with my choices.
Food addiction at full swing - after a very busy week with VLA data entry job offer and too much ** which always seem to result in overeating.
Ate 3 large bowls of icecream and honey on toast ++. I didn't weigh this morning, but normally loose go to jeans are uncomfortably tight today.
Take this as a learning. Actually learn from it and move forward.
I think I will weigh myself when the bathroom is free to be real about the damage.

don't forget you are most likely bloated and still digesting the food. The extra weight will not all be fat. Don't despair :) Just reset tomorrow.
